Welcome to this week's episode my loves! Today we get into the seriousness of Empathy Burnout and how I found myself hitting a serious wall this week like I never have before. I shared with you how I worked my way out of it, set new energetic boundaries and how I'll manage and mitigate Empathy Burnout in the future so that I can be a stronger lightworker in the future. I give you all my tips and what kind of protocol that I'm implementing now so that you can make some changes too! I also explored the importance of TRUE retreat and what it means to actually take retreat so that you can create one for yourself or let me create one for you at Weekend w. Jane.
