Welcome back to Spiritually Queer!
In this episode, I talked through hitting my lowest points in the end of March and how everything felt like it was building up towards my 30th birthday. I shared all the fun details about my Miami trip and how letting lose was the secret sauce to snap me out of my depression. I also shared some key wisdom on how to re-wire your beliefs and completely change the type of frequency that you are manifesting due to those hard-wired beliefs.
