In this unfortunately poorly produced episode, I get into a very serious topic of Queer Healing. I explore with ya'll how Queer Healing and coming out is inherently rooted in Shadow work. We get a little background education on what shadow work is and I offer you a 6-step process to start taking one step into your shadow work. I also riff on the idea of Queer Temporality and how sometimes our healing journeys can prevent us from being on those same heteronormative timelines and milestones that we might see everyone passing us by with. Lastly, I give you a little look into Healer's School and share more about what you need to know before you apply.Ā

For the first time ever in this episode, I bring one of my star clients and Healer's School graduates onto the show to share about her experience of working with me in the Akashic Records and how that led her to becoming a fully-fledged and certified Healer! Jenny is an eye doctor by day, Akashic Records Reader by night who is devoted to finding the path between the intellectual, medically trained side of her and the intuitive, healer spiritual side. This conversation is a great reflection on what it's like to dive head first into the Healer's School program and how it feels to graduate as a fully certified Healer in the end.Ā

In this episode, I invite my friend Ade back onto the show to reflect on the year of sobriety that we have both supported each other through. Last November, Ade came onto the show to talk about her sober curious journey and it inspired me to finally take the big leap and declare the year 2023 my year of sobriety. As we celebrate finishing off the year, we had so much to reflect on in how sobriety influences are life. We shared about our hardest moments, the awkwardness of dating and making new friends while sober and also, how important support is on this journey. We want this journey to be more about the curiosity of being sober and less about the rigidity and perfectionism that can sneak in with sobriety.
