This small notion led me to a full conversion to Buddhism, sitting in front of masters in Nepal, chanting in Tibetan with nuns and becoming a passionately driven meditation teacher myself. I walk you through every part of how learning to meditation not only stopped me from unaliving myself - but also how it miraculously healed my body in a way that no amount of treatment or medication could have. Youāve been warned, I get extremely passionate in this episode because Iām so done with my people settling for mediocrity.

We talked about how the hell we ended up there and what itās like to be in such a strong rigger/ model relationship. We also updated yaāll on life back home in Tulum, our addiction to Argentinean MatĆ© and of course, some adorable meows from our foster kitten rescue, Sushi de la Flor.

Jane is joined by dear friend Andrea Bolivar, your fat & queer non-binary cutie - who is here to preach their heart-centered message of body liberation and de-colonization. We understand that these are some heavy topics that can turn spiritual folks off altogether. But Jane and Andrea talk through and explain why it is simply not an option for us not to have these conversations - and how all these conversations do is reflect our conscious and compassionate nature. In this episode, we cover eating disorder recovery, what it means to be queer, catholic, an immigrant, learning a new language, taking up SPACE in your body and living KINDLY and UNAPOLOGETICALLY - because like, if you're always kind, then why you always apologizing boo!? And yes, Jane gives a quick history of fascism and how to put your fascist feelers out there as us spiritual seekers are getting more vulnerable to this elusive rhetoric everyday.
