This week is a big one for me, as I've invited my Eating Disorder Coach - Coach Gab - onto the show to talk about the work we've been doing together over the last 6 months since my relapse this summer. Coach Gab is a Master of Nutrition and Certified Eating Disorder Coach who is here to heal eating disorders and help us come back into our power of nourishing ourselves and building lives that we love. Gab has seriously changed my life this year and helped me through so many moments that I would have otherwise had to move through alone. This is a vulnerable episode for me but my hope is that it feels supportive to any one out there who needs support right now and needs a reminder that they are not alone.Ā

In this episode, we explore the intersection of kink/ BDSM, tantra - and where the queer community fits into these spaces. We discussed how masculine and feminine energies interplay in the BDSM kink space and how kink was made by queers and for queers - whereas tantra was not. We also touch on Shibari as a spiritually meditative art form and how we can actually attune our bodies to experience more pleasure, all of the time.

On today's episode I wanted to catch you up on my last few days in Lisbon where I talk about the life of a 5-star traveler pros and cons. I take you from Lisbon to Sintra to Porto and back to Lisbon.
Then I take ya'll with me up to London to meet some of my best friends and this leads us to finishing my European summer trip in Wales. I hoped to fit in all my stories about landing back in the United States but we'll have to save that for a Part 2!!!!
